Questions about pricing
Is Easy Brokerage free right now?
Yes. Paid plans have not started, so everything in the app is free to use today, with a monthly limit on how many forms the app fills for you from a voice note or a message. Download it from Google Play and sign in with your phone number.
When will paid plans start?
We have not announced a date. We will tell every broker before it starts. Until then, everything in the app is free.
What does the free plan include?
Up to 10 active properties and 5 active inquiries, with photos, 3 property videos to try, a count of how often your shared links were opened, and 20 forms filled for you each month from what you speak, paste or type. Pasting a lead from 99acres, MagicBricks or another portal into an inquiry is included, and each one counts as a form fill. Sharing, matching, new-match alerts and reminders are not limited on any plan.
How much do Growth and Pro cost?
Growth is ₹1,499 a year (about ₹125 a month) and Pro is ₹2,999 a year (about ₹250 a month), plus 18% GST. For a limited time, Growth is ₹999 a year (₹83 a month) and Pro ₹1,999 a year (₹167 a month), plus GST. You pay once a year; there is no monthly billing.
What is the difference between Growth and Pro?
Growth is for one broker: unlimited properties and inquiries, videos, the website (desktop app) on your computer, your firm’s name on shared pages and seeing which client opened your link — and soon, the app reading messages from your WhatsApp and filling them in. Pro has all of that for a firm, with one team member included and more members at ₹999 a year each, so the whole team works from one stock and the records stay with the firm. Coming soon on Pro: leads from 99acres, MagicBricks and other portals coming into the app on their own.
Is there a free trial of Growth or Pro?
No. Free is yours for as long as you like, with a taste of the paid features: 3 property videos and a count of how often your links were opened. When you pay for Growth or Pro, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days if it is not for you.
What happens when I reach a free limit?
Nothing is taken away: every property, inquiry and video you have already added stays in the app. You just cannot add new ones past the limit until you move to Growth or Pro.
Can I take my data with me if the app is not for me?
Yes. Export everything you have added — properties, inquiries, contacts and deals — straight from the app. It is free on every plan, including Free, and that will not change. On Growth and Pro you can also import your stock from an Excel sheet in one go.
How do I pay?
You do not pay in the app or on this website. We send you a payment link on WhatsApp, you pay once for the year by UPI, and we switch your account to Growth or Pro. If you ask within 7 days, we refund the full amount.
If I pay now, when does my year start?
On the day paid plans start, not the day you pay, so paying now costs you no days. Your payment also includes one import of your stock, done by us from your Excel sheet or WhatsApp listings.
How do I get the limited-time price?
Tap the button on Growth or Pro to message us on WhatsApp. We reply with the details and a payment link. Messaging us costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
How will pricing work for a firm with several brokers?
Take Pro. It includes one team member at no extra cost, and each member after that is ₹999 a year. Everything the team files is saved to the firm’s account, so the stock and the clients stay with the firm when someone leaves.
